This policy is a provisional framework for the project. It is intended to be clarified or replaced at a later time.

This policy defines four terms: Benevolent Dictator, Executive Decision, Adopted Policy, The Community, and The Voting Process.
<ol>
<li>The [Community] is the body of stakeholders in this project.
<li>The [Benevolent Dictator] is a person or persons who are granted a position of making authoritative decisions for project.
<li>An [Executive Decision] is a policy made by a [Benevolent Dictator], to answer a specific question that must be answered to forward an implementation.
<li>An [Adopted Policy] is a policy that is produced by the [Community] after a [Public Review Process], and passes a [Voting Process].
<li>If an Executive Decision and Adopted Policy come into conflict, the Adopted Policy has supremacy.
