The Benevolent Dictator is the (largely ceremonial) head of this project. He or She or They simply act as a decision maker if a question arrives that must be answered to move the project forward. Those decisions are considered tentative, must be recorded in this wiki, and when they are overcome by events, a new Executive Decision or an Adopted Policy, such a note will be made in the decision's page.
