Snapshots of any revision of Tcllib can be retrieved as either Zip archive, or Tarball, using urls of the form:

• http://core.tcl-lang.org/tcllib/zip/<filename>.zip?uuid=<revision>
• http://core.tcl-lang.org/tcllib/tarball/<filename>.tar.gz?uuid=<revision>

where <revision> can be the sha1 uuid of any revision, the name of any branch, or the special name "tip".
