This site is the hosting point for project HOTDOG, a Tcl package fulfillment system that will take up the niche formerly occupied by TEAPOT, and also clean up many sticky issues dealing with Tcllib.
Major areas:

<li>[Policies] - Policies for both this project and Tcl package distribution
<li>[Requirements] - Project requirements
<li>[Teams] - Design teams participating in the challenge
<li>[Implementations] - Implementations currently being evaluated, and a history of those which have been abandoned.
<li>[History] - Historical lessons that design teams can draw on for inspiration or cautionary avoidance.

We are in design spiral 0, and soliciting ideas for: <ol>
<li> top level user interactions
<li> design requirements
</ol>
This will be followed by spiral 1 where teams will coop-ete to produce an implementation that meets those requirements.
<p>
Spiral 2 -- There will be no spiral 2.
<p>
Spiral 3 is intended to be a "throw out and start over with lessons learned" on spiral 1 before we finally release this product for end-user consumption.
